• You may not share your account with others or use multiple free accounts

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on the cycle you select (monthly, quarterly, or annual). All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD.

• Quarterly plan: $12.00 / 3 months
• Annual plan: $29.00 / year

5. Refunds and Cancellations

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You may not use Riki-AI to:

• Scrape, copy, or resell trend data from the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service

Riki-AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Trend data is sourced from third-party APIs and may not always be accurate or up to date. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Riki-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
